At PERFUMES EDITION, operated by WS TRADE LTD, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products with broken or removed seals.

  • Gift cards, where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@perfumesedition.com. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are not charged any return shipping fees for approved returns.

Shipping Charges

PERFUMES EDITION provides free shipping on all eligible orders. Customers only pay the price displayed for the products at checkout. No additional shipping fees are charged.
